Directions to the RCEM

Directions to Octavia House - 54 Ayres Street, London, SE1 1EU.
By underground t
he closest stations are London Bridge and Borough, respectively on the Northern and Jubilee line and on the Northern line.

From London Bridge: this is a ten minute walk. When leaving London Bridge Station, use the Borough High Street exit and turn left as you leave the station. Continue down Borough High Street, past Ryman and Subway. Cross the road so that you are on the same side as The Slug and Lettuce, and take the right hand turning on to Union Street. Ayres Street is the second turning on the right, and the College is about halfway down on the left. 

From Borough:
It's approximately a five minute walk. Exit Borough station on to Borough High Street (you will see Starbucks opposite) and turn left, then left again on to Marshalsea Road. You'll pass Joe's Kitchen and Coffee House on the left, and Munchies cafe on the right. Ayres Street is the fourth turning on the right, the College is about half way down the street on the right, just past the petrol station.

By Bus:
the following buses stop on Borough High Street: 21, 35, 40, 133, 343. Please follow the instructions above for directions to the College.

By Car:
the closest care park is Union Car Park on Southwark Street, between Southwark Bridge Road and O'Meara Street. This is a five minute walk from Octavia House. Turn left from the car park and walk down O'Meara Street. Turn right onto Union Street and then left onto Ayres Street.

Please note that parking in the area is limited and daily tariffs can be expensive, you might prefer to use public transport.

Directions to Bream's Buildings - 7-9 Bream's Buildings, London, EC4A 1DT.
By Underground: t
he closest underground stations are Chancery Lane on the Central Line and Temple on the District and Circle line.

From Chancery Lane: this is a five minute walk. Exit the tube, walk on High Holborn toward the West End (you will walk past M&S on your left) and make the second on the left for Chancery Lane. Carry on down Chancery Lane until you see EAT and PRESS Coffee & Co on your right hand side. Opposite, on your left, you will see Bream’s Buildings. Walk down that road, we are half way down.

From Temple: It’s approximately a fifteen minute walk. Exit the tube turning left onto Temple Place and then left onto Arundel Street. Turn right onto Fleet Street and carry on until reaching Chancery Lane on your left (opposite Kall Kwik). Walk down Chancery Lane until you see PRESS Coffee & Co on your left and turn right into Bream’s Buildings, our office is about half way down the road.

By Bus: the following buses stop outside Chancery Lane: 8, 25, 242 and 521, please follow instructions above from Chancery Lane to the College.

By Car: the closest car park is Holborn Gate Car Park – 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AH. This a 3 minute walk from our office. Walk down Southampton Buildings away from High Holborn turning left onto Chancery Lane and left again onto Bream’s Buildings. Follow the Easy Car Parks link for more information.
